Cafecito & Systems
Cafecito, chisme, and the systems that actually fix it.
"I need to stop treating."
It's the first thing almost every allied health professional tells me. Speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, special educators: you're burnt out, you have twenty ideas for what comes next, and no time to build any of them because you're still carrying a full caseload. The problem isn't the ideas. It's that nobody has helped you see how they connect.
Clinician-founder.
Built a multidisciplinary pediatric agency from scratch.
Stepped out of the therapy room to run it.
Teaches the systems she still uses today.
How It Works
Session 1: The Brain Dump

You tell me everything. Every goal, every someday, every half-started project. All of it. Then I do what I do best: I connect the dots. Your twenty ideas are usually four long-term goals broken into a million pieces, and that's what has been overwhelming you. You've been handing yourself short-term objectives with no long-term direction, which is why you can't get out of the day-to-day. We leave session one with your four goals, in order, and a map of the systems each one needs.
Sessions 2 to 5: Build the Systems
One system per month, built together in real time: hiring and compensation, automation and operations, school and district contracts, compliance and documentation, leadership and stepping out of the day-to-day. You leave each session with it done, not with homework to figure out alone.
Meet Jaridy
Jaridy Fabré is a clinician who built her own multidisciplinary pediatric therapy agency from the ground up. It now serves thousands of children a year with a full team of therapists, evaluators, and coordinators, and she has stepped out of the therapy room to run it. She is MWBE certified and teaches from the hiring, compensation, automation, compliance, and contract systems that run her company today.
No highlight reel. Jaridy shares the losses and the setbacks along with the wins, and how she comes back from them and keeps scaling. If you follow her on Instagram, you already know: she spills the real tea over cafecito, then builds the system that fixes it.

Is this for you?
This is for you if.
You're a pediatric allied health professional (SLP, OT, PT, psychologist, special educator) who owns a practice or is about to.
You're still treating and you know you need to stop.
You have a dozen ideas and no idea which one comes first.
You want systems, not pep talks.
You're ready to do the work between sessions.
This is not for you if.
You're still deciding whether entrepreneurship is for you.
You're risk-averse. Growing a practice means taking risks and making investments, and you'll be asked to do both.
You're looking for mindset work or a mentor to talk things through with. This is coaching: actionable steps, hands-on, measured by progress.
You want someone to build it for you.
You're looking for a course to watch at 2 a.m.
You're not ready to hire or delegate.
You want cookie-cutter theory.
You need a guarantee before you'll move.
